از ازدواج تحمیلی یک دختر جوان در ولایت پروان جلوگیری شد

اعضای یک خانواده در ولسوالی بگرام ولایت پروان، قصد داشتند دختر جوان شان را بدون رضایت شخصی وی، او را به ازدواج مردی درآورند. پس از دریافت شکایت یکی از بستگان دختر به اداره امر بالمعروف، منسوبین این اداره با تأکید بر رعایت حقوق شرعی زنان، مانع از اجرای این ازدواج شدند.

مولوی مقبول احمد وقاص، رئیس اداره امر بالمعروف ولایت پروان، در نشستی با حضور اعضای هر دو خانواده تأکید کرد که مطابق فرمان امیرالمؤمنین حفظه الله، هیچ فردی حق ندارد دختر خود را بدون رضایت، به ازدواج وادار کند و هرگونه اقدام خلاف این حکم توسط این اداره متوقف خواهد شد.

رئیس این اداره افزود که در دین مبین اسلام حق انتخاب و رضایت دختر در ازدواج ضروری بوده و خانواده ‌ها موظف به رعایت آن می ‌باشند.
