Resolution of 13 disputes and tribal conflicts across six provinces
As part of efforts to strengthen Is/la/mic solidarity, promote social peace, and resolve disputes and hostilities among ethnic groups and families, officials (Muhtasibs) of the Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue, Prevention of Vice, and Hearing of Complaints of IEA, in the provinces of Khost, Bamyan, Kapisa, Takhar, Parwan, and Faryab successfully resolved 13 disputes and conflicts peacefully in accordance with Sh/ar/ia guidance.
These disputes and hostilities, which had arisen from family disagreements, inter-ethnic conflicts, inheritance-related issues, and social misunderstandings, were addressed through the mediation and efforts of the ministry's officials (Muhtasibs).
The parties involved were encouraged to reconcile and reach mutual understanding, resulting in the peaceful settlement of all disputes and hostilities.
By organizing reconciliation meetings, providing Sh/ar/ia guidance, and emphasizing the principles of brotherhood and unity, the ministry's officials (Muhtasibs) in the aforementioned provinces succeeded in securing the consent of both parties and preventing the further escalation of these disputes and conflicts.
