: Seven women were rescued from domestic violence in Khost, Nangarhar, and Badghis provinces
Officials ( Muhtasibs)of the Ministry for the Promotion of Virtue, Prevention of Vice, and Hearing of Complaints IEA, in the provinces of Khost, Nangarhar, and Badghis, following the receipt of public reports, identified seven women who had been subjected to domestic violence over many years and placed them under Sharia-based protection.
These women, who had been deprived of their legitimate rights due to prolonged domestic abuse, were rescued from violent conditions through the efforts of the ministry’s officials, and their Sharia rights were restored.
Furthermore, the ministry’s officials in the aforementioned provinces summoned the husbands and relatives of these women to the respective departments of the Promotion of Virtue.
After conducting comprehensive assessments and providing religious guidance and recommendations regarding the observance of women’s Sharia rights, they obtained written commitments from them to refrain in the future from any conduct contrary to divine injunctions and from engaging in acts
