با تعیین مهریه شرعی، زمینه ازدواج دو جوان در ولایت بدخشان فراهم گردید

با تلاش ‌های منسوبین وزارت امر بالمعروف، نهی عن المنکر و سمع شکایات در ولایت بدخشان، مشکل ازدواج دو جوان در ولسوالی کشم این ولایت که به دلیل مطالبه مهریه سنگین از سوی پدر دختر با موانع مواجه شده بود، رفع گردید.

مسئولین وزارت امر بالمعروف در ولایت بدخشان می‌ گویند که پس از مراجعه خانواده ‌ها به اداره امر بالمعروف، و بررسی همه‌ جانبه قضیه، با در نظر داشت احکام شریعت اسلامی، میزان مهریه به شکل عادلانه تعیین گردید که در نتیجه، موانع موجود برطرف و زمینه ازدواج شرعی این دو جوان فراهم شد.

همچنین، منسوبین وزارت امر بالمعروف در همین ولسوالی یک قضیه خشونت خانوادگی علیه یک زن را مورد رسیدگی قرار دادند که در نتیجه، زن از خشونت خانوادگی نجات یافته و حقوق شرعی وی تأمین گردید.
