رهایی ۱۸ زن از ظلم و ستم خانوادگی در پنج ولایت

منسوبین وزارت امر بالمعروف، نهی عن المنکر و سمع شکایات در ولایات غزنی، پکتیا، بادغیس، لغمان و بلخ، در چهارچوب مسئولیت ‌های محوله خویش و در راستای تأمین عدالت، تطبیق احکام شریعت اسلامی و صیانت از حقوق شرعی زنان، به ۱۸ قضیه مرتبط با زنان که طی سالیان گذشته در معرض خشونت‌ های خانوادگی قرار داشتند، رسیدگی نموده ‌اند.

این قضایا پس از دریافت گزارش ‌های مردمی، انجام بررسی‌ های همه‌ جانبه و در هماهنگی نزدیک با علمای دین و متنفذین محلی، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در نتیجه این رسیدگی‌ ها، زنان متذکره از وضعیت ‌خشونت ‌آمیز رهایی یافته و حقوق شرعی آنان دو باره تأمین گردید.

مسئولان وزارت امر بالمعروف، نهی عن المنکر و سمع شکایات در ولایات یاد شده، ضمن تأکید بر تعهد خویش نسبت به تأمین حقوق شرعی زنان، جلوگیری از هرگونه ظلم و خشونت در محیط خانواده را از اولویت‌ های اساسی خود دانسته و تصریح نمودند که بر بنیاد احکام شریعت اسلامی، به هیچ فرد یا گروهی اجازه داده نخواهد شد تا در برابر زنان مرتکب ظلم و خشونت گردد.
